Terms & Conditions

• Only one piece of AV/Home Cinema electronics can be traded-in against a single piece of McIntosh AV/Home Cinema electronics.
• McIntosh Home Theatre TradeUP Program applies only to the trade-in/purchase of Home Theatre Electronics such as processors, multi-channel amplifiers and receivers.
• McIntosh models that qualify for the TradeUP Program include the MX180, MX123, MX100, MHT300, MI502, MC255, MC257, MC303, MC8207, MI128, MI254, MI347 only.
• All McIntosh HiFi products are not part of the McIntosh Home Theatre TradeUP Program.
• The AV/Home Cinema product that is traded-in can be from any brand; however, the customer must provide proof of purchase in the form of an original invoice/receipt.
• Traded-in product(s) must be in reasonable physical condition, they must actually work, and they must NOT have been modified or altered from their original design.
• It is your responsibility (the customer) to ensure that the AV/Home Cinema product(s) being trade-in arrives at the dealer safely and undamaged unless alternative delivery/collection arrangements have been agreed upon with the dealer.
• The McIntosh product(s) that you want to purchase must be at full original retail price and only from a UK Authorised McIntosh Dealer.
• The UK Authorised McIntosh Dealer reserves the right to deem any product(s) that the customer wants to trade-in as NOT eligible for the McIntosh Home Cinema TradeUP Programme.
• The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion eg. Sonus faber TradeUP Program.
• McIntosh TradeUP Program runs from: 15th September 2023 - 30th November 2023 from authorised McIntosh retailers only.
